I was looking for a project for the Irish version of Project Linus (blankets for kids undergoing heart surgery) -- called Henry Bear Blanketeers -- and this seems perfect!
These bearghans are just too cute! I wish I was that creative to think of a pattern. I love to crochet! I have to follow a pattern though. Never came up with my own idea. Thank you for sharing this pattern. Kristine
Hi Chris, I'm new to crocheting and fell in love with this pattern. You are incredibly talented! I am struggling on the muzzle portion of the pattern. It appears that some of the rows begin to drop stitches. (4th row, 8th row, 9th etc.) Is this the case and if so does it matter where? Thanks so much!
I had to move the blog in a hurry this week, as Posterous was not working, and is going to shut down soon anyway. There are lots of broken links at the moment, but the patterns are all still here. Click on the blog header, and you should see everything. Then you can scroll to the pattern you need to find.
Also, a new option is available - a Facebook page. Come and "like" me over at Yarncrazy on Facebook.
I'm a mom of two teenaged girls and I love to create colorful things with my hands. My current favorite crafts are rubber stamping and crochet. You can reach me at chrissimon (at) verizon (dot) net
