Bearghan

This pattern was developed by my crochet friend Pat Liles. She asked me to take her handwritten instructions, test them, and get them online to share. Bearghans are only a little bit more complicated than the average afghan, and kids love them. Give it a try!

Here is the pattern: Bearghan

Chris,
I found your bearghan pattern approximate three years ago and have made at least a dozen bearghans as gifts and baby blankets. Thank you so much for sharing this pattern. I have also made the Waldo Square pattern for the center of the bearghan. Also thank you for continuing to share your crochet patterns and squares. :)

hello all..when you click the link it takes you to another page. On that page there is a link. Instead of opening it you have to save the PDF file. If you try to open up the file, it won't let you do that. Hopes that helps!

Actually, if it won't let you open the PDF file, you probably need to upgrade your Adobe Reader - free at www.adobe.com. But saving the file should work also.

Dear Chris....
My Bearghan pattern is old & tattered and I need a new one, but when I tried the link to download, it came up invalid.... What am I doing wrong? Can the link be fixed?
Thanks, GBU!
